Tracy Chubb
Tracy Chubb is an experienced family law litigator who began her career in civil litigation. Her experience in both areas of law allows her to provide pragmatic advice and devise appropriate strategies for clients to assist in the resolution of their legal issues, both in and out of Court.

- Relationship Property disputes, including contracting out agreements and settlement agreements.
- Trust disputes, including Family Proceedings Act claims, removal of trustees, breach of trust claims and constructive trust claims.
- Care of Children disputes, including parenting, guardianship and relocation disputes.
- Wills and Estate disputes, including Family Protection Act claims and Law Reform (Testamentary Promises) Act claims.
- Civil law remedies, including caveat disputes, statutory demands, debt recovery, negligence claims, and contract claims (such as misrepresentation, mistake, duress or breach).
About Tracy
Tracy studied at the University of Auckland and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2000. She began her career as a Junior Barrister, working primarily in civil litigation (commercial, contract and property law). In 2008 she joined Princes Chambers as a Barrister Sole. It was during this time, that she discovered her love of family law. Tracy joined TGT Legal as a Senior Associate in 2017, a boutique law firm specialising in trusts, and estate law. In November 2019 she joined Old South British Chambers as a Barrister Sole.
Tracy is a member of the Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society. She regularly appears in the Family Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, and in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediations.
